When you are planning a special event you want to make sure your audience gets everything possible out of it. What did we ever do without cell phones? Do you remember the days of having to look for a pay phone, stop the car, have the coins on hand to make the call. Then getting a busy signal and having to either wait or keep driving and then pull over and do it all again? Yet, we did it, because we had no other option. These days we have become pretty spoiled and can call from anywhere any time with our handy cell phones.
